Pricing Strategy ImplementationDesign and implement a pricing governance model, ensuring margin protection and seamless execution across cross-functional teams.
Digital Tools ImplementationCollaborate with teams to implement cutting-edge digital tools for pricing and quoting, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
Pricing Analytics and ReportingAnalyze pricing variations and trends, providing clear and concise reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Pricing for Key AccountsDevelop specialized pricing approaches for key clients, negotiating agreements that align with their unique needs.
Process Improvement InitiativesRepresent the Global Sales & Marketing team in process improvement projects, contributing to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in business, biotechnology, or a related field
- 5 years' experience in similar roles or consulting experience in the pricing field
- Demonstrated track-record of delivering projects with relevant impact
- Medical Device, Clinical Diagnostics, Pharma, or Life Science experience is beneficial
- Proficient in English, Swedish, and/or Spanish, both written and verbal
- Extensive global business acumen
- Digitally savvy
