Our team of experts works tirelessly to ensure the seamless integration and deployment of new features and updates, collaborating closely with security, product development, and customer support departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 7 skilled technicians in managing and overseeing the entire systems infrastructure of our SaaS products.
- Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of our systems, designing and implementing robust and scalable systems architecture.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals and manage the lifecycle of hardware and software.
- Implement best practices and stay up-to-date with industry standards to ensure the security and compliance of all systems.
- Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing systems infrastructure for SaaS products, with a strong track record of success.
- Experience in managing datacenters and supporting a diverse IT environment, including Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Linux, and Mac OS devices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a technical team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
