Nuestros servicios incluyen desde la venta de entradas hasta el control de aforo, control de acceso, acreditaciones o pago cashless.
En 2023, nuestra tecnología ha estado presente en más de 400 eventos por toda España (Mad Cool, Festival de les Arts, Medusa Festival, Viñarock, BigSound, Zevra, Madrid Salvaje o SanSan, entre otros), hemos vendido más de 5M de entradas y más de 2,3M de personas nos han llevado en su muñeca (la población de Eslovenia enterita)
Estamos en la búsqueda de un Network Infrastructure Event Manager para unirse a nuestro equipo dinámico y creativo. Si tienes al menos 3 años de experiencia y una pasión por el diseño y la gestión de soluciones de red para eventos efímeros, este podría ser el trabajo perfecto para ti.
Tu misión principal será diseñar y dimensionar soluciones de red que no solo sean eficientes, sino que también estén alineadas con los objetivos estratégicos de nuestra empresa. Te encargarás de garantizar que la infraestructura de red funcione sin problemas, permitiendo que nuestros eventos se desarrollen exitosamente. Algunas de tus responsabilidades incluirán:
- Diseñar y implementar arquitecturas de red robustas para eventos temporales.
- Realizar la gestión de infraestructura usando herramientas de Cisco, así como trabajar con Mikrotik.
- Configurar y mantener componentes claves como routing, switching, y subnetting.
- Asegurar conexiones seguras mediante el manejo de VPNs y la gestión de firewalls.
- Implementar radioenlaces de Ubiquiti y gestionar sistemas de controller Unifi y puntos de acceso.

Requisitos:

- Titulación en Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, grado superior en Administración de Sistemas y Redes o similar.
- Nivel de ingles fluido (C1)
- Certificaciones como Cisco, Ubiquiti, Mikrotik son altamente valoradas.
- Experiencia de al menos 3 años en un rol similar.
- Conocimientos técnicos: Amplio conocimiento en redes y infraestructura. Debes estar familiarizado con la configuración y optimización de dispositivos Cisco, así como con técnicas de routing y switching. También es importante que tengas experiencia manejando y configurando VPNs y firewalls.
- Herramientas: Experiencia con tecnologías como Mikrotik, Ubiquiti y Unifi. Sistemas de controller Unifi y puntos de acceso.
- Habilidades de resolución de problemas: Debes ser capaz de identificar y resolver problemas de red rápidamente, especialmente en situaciones de alta presión durante eventos.
- Trabajo en equipo: Colaborarás con otros departamentos y equipos, así que la comunicación efectiva es clave.
- Habilidades en planificación, dimensionamiento y supervisión de la infraestructura de red para eventos.
- Capacidad para crear informes y hacer seguimiento económico de presupuestos.
- Capacidad para documentar procesos, formar y gestionar un equipo técnico.
- Capacidad de investigación y actualización de tendencias tecnológicas.
- Habilidades organizativas y de liderazgo.
