We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Finance Associate to join our team in Wholesale Banking. As a key member of our Corporate Finance team, you will play a leading role in the origination and execution of advisory transactions in the context of corporate events such as acquisitions, disposals, refinancings, restructurings, or initial public offerings (IPOs).
Key Responsibilities- Marketing efforts: Produce marketing materials, including company profiles, pitch books, and presentations, and build financial models and general financial analyses under the direction of a more senior banker.
- Deal execution: Responsible for financial analysis, modeling, valuation techniques (discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, dividend discount model, comparables), and lead key transaction administration, including data room management, question-and-answer sessions, meeting coordination, and day-to-day process coordination and communication with clients and other advisers.
- Transaction structuring, process management, and driving forward the transaction timeline/execution.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Debt Advisory, or other similar advisory roles in Corporate Finance.
- Ability to perform detailed financial, business, and commercial analysis and full understanding of process and materials general requirements required in M&A transactions.
- Advanced financial valuation and modeling skills (DCF, LBO, DDM).
- Genuine interest in Corporate Finance and ability to earn trust and respect of clients, colleagues, and senior management.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
