About the Role

We are seeking a talented Corporate Finance Associate to join our Wholesale Banking team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will play a leading role in the origination and execution of advisory transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, refinancings, restructurings, and IPOs.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and general financial analyses under the direction of a more senior banker.
  • Produce marketing materials, including company profiles, pitch books, and presentations.
  • Understand market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
  • Lead key transaction administration, including data room management, Q&A, meeting coordination, and day-to-day process coordination.
  • Assist in the drafting of transaction documentation and lead processing of documents for internal project approvals.
  • Supervise post-closing internal administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in M&A or Debt Advisory, transaction advisory services, or other similar advisory roles in Corporate Finance.
  • Ability to perform detailed financial, business, and commercial analysis and full understanding of process and materials general requirements required in M&A transactions.
  • Advanced financial valuation and modeling skills (DCF, LBO, DDM).
  • Genuine interest in Corporate Finance and ability to earn trust and respect of clients, colleagues, and senior management.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written. Other languages will be a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
