Global Market Access Strategy Director
At Almirall Hermal GmbH, we are seeking a seasoned Global Market Access Strategy Director to lead our team in developing and executing strategic plans for optimal pricing and reimbursement across Europe, the US, and international markets. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of health economics, payer and HTA systems, and the ability to communicate complex scientific and economic topics effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement market access strategies to ensure long-term profitability for our products.
- Collaborate with affiliates and partners to incorporate their input into brand access strategy development and execution.
- Stay informed about competitive landscapes, international reference pricing, and regulatory rules.
- Provide support to market companies in developing country-specific pricing and reimbursement dossiers.
Requirements:
- University Degree in a life science or related field.
- More than five years of experience in Pricing and Market Access.
- Master's degree in Health Economics, Market Access, or MBA is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to understand and communicate complex scientific and economic topics.
