About the Role:

As a Clinical Sales Specialist at Philips, you will be responsible for building business plans that support customer needs and drive sales efforts for our product portfolio. You will work with all direct and indirect channels in the territory to achieve this goal. Your role will also involve building and managing the territory funnel in Salesforce, accurately forecasting using metrics, and achieving sales goals. Additionally, you will research target opportunities and generate account leads, develop long-term relationships with key influencers, and leverage Philips business tools to understand customer needs and design tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for driving customer satisfaction through delivery, installation, and post-installation, ensuring expectations are met by managing customer feedback at all sales process stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build business plans that support customer needs and drive sales efforts for the product portfolio
• Work with all direct and indirect channels in the territory to achieve sales goals
• Build and manage the territory funnel in Salesforce
• Research target opportunities and generate account leads
• Develop long-term relationships with key influencers
• Leverage Philips business tools to understand customer needs and design tailored solutions
• Drive customer satisfaction through delivery, installation, and post-installation

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of clinical units such as Labor and Delivery, Neonatal and Pediatric ICU, Medical/Surgical, Critical Care Unit, Telemetry, Operating Room, and Emergency Department
• Ability to consult on the clinical implications of Philips HPM offerings and approach problem-solving with a clinical perspective
• Expertise in managing clinical issues, collecting and analyzing data, and interfacing with marketing and customer support to address and escalate concerns
• Proficient in teaching, troubleshooting, and ensuring the proper use of medical Hospital Patient Monitoring solutions products
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both Spanish and English
• Customer-oriented and focused on achieving defined objectives and results
