About the Role

We are seeking a Global Employer Brand Specialist – Experienced Professionals to join our dynamic, diverse, and multicultural team.

This role will support the global recruitment marketing activity for experienced hires, as well as support the delivery and management of multiple reputational and local campaigns.

As a Global Employer Brand Specialist, you will have the opportunity to expand your expertise in a wide range of disciplines, from social media to inclusion and diversity, content creation (video and written) as well as candidate experience and data.

Success in this role involves collaborating with multiple internal teams, and/or external creative agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Stay updated on the latest trends in content marketing and employer branding to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
  2. Develop engaging and high-quality content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with WTW's employer brand voice and values.
  3. Manage profile information on job boards to maximize visibility and attract qualified candidates.
  4. Create SEO-optimized blog content for our career site to enhance our online presence and attract potential candidates.
  5. Track and analyze the performance of branding campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with proven experience in employer branding content creation and managing organic campaigns across geographies.

Proficiency in SEO blog content writing, strong language written skills in English and Spanish, and Portuguese skills are considered a plus.

Familiarity with social media management tools, design tools, and SEO tools is required.

A driven and motivated attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow, excellent team player with strong collaboration skills.

Application Process

The application process consists of five stages: online application, recruiter interview, live video interview with hiring manager and team, final culture fit interview with hiring manager and senior team member, and offer and onboarding.
