Project Planning and Implementation

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will lead project kickoff meetings, define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. You will also develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, considering resource allocation and project dependencies.

Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration

Engage with key stakeholders, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Facilitate regular project status updates, meetings, and presentations to keep stakeholders informed on progress, challenges, and decisions.

Project Execution and Management

Oversight of the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and quality standards. Monitor project milestones and budgets, identifying and addressing deviations promptly.

Resource Management and Risk Mitigation

Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements and deadlines. Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to address potential roadblocks.

Leadership and Quality Assurance

Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and cooperation among team members. Maintain a keen focus on project deliverables' quality and compliance with established standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering).
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with a strong background in managing enterprise-level projects.
- At least 5 years of direct experience managing projects within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong technical acumen and familiarity with enterprise technologies, particularly in the context of Salesforce implementations.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
Additional Skills: Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus. Experience Working with Multi-Regional, Multi-Cultural Teams: Proven track record of successfully managing projects involving teams from different regions and cultural backgrounds.
