Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Validation Engineer Automotive to join our team at Infotree Global Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver impactful communications about Wind River Studio enablement to pilot and wider audiences using various channels, including the monthly newsletter, articles, and more.
  • Proofread and edit content prepared by technical and multilingual contributors to ensure quality and consistent tone of voice.
  • Work with internal and WR teams to onboard programs to Wind River applications, applying change management practices, measuring business readiness, engaging with front-line employees, engaging and supporting people managers, and preparing training materials.
  • Support organizational change management activities, including user adoption of the new Wind River toolset and ways of working.
  • Track analytics and metrics of Wind River campaigns that demonstrate the effectiveness of deliverables, providing insights and opportunities for improvement, introducing a tool for email monitoring to maximize impact.
  • Work with Wind River on delivering tool-related events online and offline for the global audience.
  • Provide best practices of communication, including writing guidebooks and playbooks, for, e.g., line WR Service Now agents.

  • Fluency in English written and verbal writing and editing skills.
  • Collaborative attitude.
  • Independency in everyday work.
  • Working with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in internal communication.

  • Previous experience in IT.
  • HTML knowledge.

Work Environment:

Hybrid work with the majority of the days from home.
