About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data management organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and security of our master data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective data governance processes to ensure compliance with group policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain data standards, definitions, and classifications.
  • Develop and maintain metadata assets, including data catalogs and documentation.
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders on data governance best practices.
  • Monitor and report on data quality metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data governance or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
  • Proficient in process modeling and design, with ability to animate workshops and drive decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to work positively with diverse individuals and adapt to different audiences.
  • Experience working in a multinational company or exposure to diverse cultures.
