Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team at the Diesel Store in Las Rozas Outlet. As a key member of our stock management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory cycle, supporting omnichannel sales activities, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Deliver timely movement of product, ensuring the entire stock cycle runs smoothly, and owning all stock activities, including inventory, organization, control, and audits.
  • Product Distribution: Meet the product needs of the store to maximize product distribution, sales effectiveness, and maintain a clean working environment.
  • Omnichannel Sales Support: Support the whole omnichannel sales cycle with the management of inbound and outbound product management, including receiving orders, product packaging, billing, and related administrative tasks.
  • Team Collaboration: Strive and support the team to achieve team objectives and be accountable for an accurate and organized store inventory at all times, taking part in store cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Proactively execute shipping and receiving process, partnering with management to resolve any issues and taking necessary steps to resolve.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in similar roles and in-depth knowledge of a retail stock workflow.
  • Digital Tools: Good aptitude and confidence with digital tools.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and priority management skills.
  • Adaptability: Highly adaptable and quick thinking while having the ability to see beyond the immediate situation.
  • Teamwork: Aptitude for Team Working as well as ability to work autonomously.
  • Availability: Availability to work on shifts from Monday to Friday and, if necessary, availability to work on weekends.
