As a Stock Keeper at LOEWE, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization of the stockroom to the highest standards. This includes storing merchandise in a clear and organized way, allowing for efficient flow between the front and back of house. You will also manage the delivery of stock into the store, checking for discrepancies and informing HQ/Inventory accordingly. Additionally, you will unpack deliveries, place stock safely, and control the transfer of stock to and from the store. Your role will also involve supporting the flow of stock and packaging between the back and front of house, ensuring the right products are available on the shop floor. You will also ensure the team is promptly informed of new stock arrivals and plan and support periodic and mini stock takes. Furthermore, you will process all paperwork, reports, and general administration connected with stock management. You will also work with internal teams, making available their product requests, and support and coordinate the aftersales process to ensure an excellent client experience. We are looking for someone with proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results, with experience within a similar role. You should be organized, fast-paced, with close attention to detail, and have clear communication skills. You should also be confident to work alone and with a team, and have a deep interest in Fashion, Art, and Culture. Fluency in Spanish is required, with English being a plus.
