Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Stock Keeper to join our team at Luxury Goods Spain, S.L. As a Stock Keeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of stock levels, maintaining a high level of customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage stock levels, including receipt, storage, and replenishment of products.
  • Ensure accurate and timely inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare new items for display, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment.
  • Monitor and control the flow of goods between storage and the shop floor, ensuring efficient stock rotation and minimizing stockouts.
  • Communicate effectively with the Stock Coordinator and Store Management to inform on product rotation and propose remedial measures where necessary.
