Job Summary

As a Stockroom Coordinator at LOEWE, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization of the stockroom to the highest standards. This includes ensuring merchandise is stored in a clear and organized manner, allowing for efficient flow between the front and back of house.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of stock into the store, checking for discrepancies and informing HQ/Inventory.
  • Unpack deliveries and place stock safely and correctly in designated locations.
  • Control and manage the transfer of stock to and from the store and the return of stock to the Warehouse.
  • Support the flow of stock and packaging between the back and front of house.
  • Ensure the team is promptly informed of new stock arrivals.
  • Plan and support periodic and mini stock takes, investigating and communicating discrepancies to your Manager.
  • Process all paperwork, reports, and general administration connected with stock management.
  • Work with internal teams to make available product requests.
  • Coordinate the aftersales process to ensure an excellent client experience.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
  • Experience within a similar role.
  • Organized, fast-paced, with close attention to detail.
  • Clear communication and ability to connect with and influence various people.
  • Confident to work alone and with a team.
  • A deep interest in Fashion, Art, and Culture.
  • Fluent in Spanish, English a plus.
