Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for a Bank Operations Specialist to join our Office Support Department in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing customer operations, resolving customer queries, and contributing to the maintenance and update of customer records and databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Operations: Process customer operations, including guarantees, loans, foreign exchange, remittances, and other financial transactions.
  • Assist in resolving customer queries and issues by liaising with Front Office departments and customers.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and update of customer records and databases.
  • Finance: Reconcile bank statements, suspense accounts, and other internal controls.
  • Assist with preparation of financial reports to local management.
  • Administration: Assist with general administrative tasks related to office maintenance, processing of invoices, managing mailing, and maintenance of archives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a strong attention to detail.
