Job Description

As a Client Success Partner, you will support our clients in their digital training strategy through the 360Learning platform. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the renewal of contracts by coordinating technical, educational, and other resources
  • Ensuring business impact in accordance with client objectives
  • Renewing or signing new contracts for existing accounts
  • Managing a portfolio of clients in high-touch and low-touch modes

You will be crucial in developing relationships with clients and working closely with other teams to ensure their success.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • First experience in a Client Success Partner or Customer Success Manager position
  • Previous experience in the SaaS B2B industry (a plus)
  • Ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Keen interest in the digital industry, education, and e-learning
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Native French and English proficiency (B2 minimum)
