Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced healthcare consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will work on various projects across our four pillars of expertise, including strategy and organization, business excellence, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in project roll-out based on our defined methodology, including analysis, interviews, meetings, and workshop facilitation.
  • Produce high-quality project deliverables.
  • Manage projects and consultants effectively.
  • Develop commercial proposals, including methodology and budget.
  • Manage client relationships and expectations.
  • Contribute to Acip's internal programs, such as recruitment, training, change management, and communication.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of experience in strategy consulting or the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on strategy, business development, business intelligence, sales and marketing.
  • A Master's degree from a leading business school or a scientific degree with a business qualification.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proven project management skills and the ability to deliver multiple and diverse projects simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience in delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Well-developed facilitation skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate groups.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage both client and internal teams.
  • A team player attitude and the ability to enthusiastically contribute to Acip's internal development.
  • Fluency in English and French, with a third language being a valuable asset (German, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, or Chinese).
  • The ability to work at a global, European, and French level.
