Job Description

We are seeking an experienced healthcare consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will work on various projects across our four pillars of expertise: Strategy & Organization, Business Excellence, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in project roll-out based on our defined methodology, including analysis, interviews, meetings, and workshop facilitation.
  • Produce high-quality project deliverables and manage projects and consultants effectively.
  • Develop commercial opportunities, including proposal development and client management.
  • Contribute to AEC Partners' internal programs, such as recruitment, training, and change management.
Requirements
  • Three to five years of experience in strategy consulting or the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Master's degree from a leading business school or scientific degree with a business qualification.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret and synthesize complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proven project management skills and ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
