At Alira Health, we're seeking a talented Associate Consultant to join our global team. As a key member of our team, you'll be involved in the execution of projects, driving innovation and initiative in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Execution: Independently perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify client issues and key learnings.
- Support the development of discussion materials and coordinate primary market research and conduct interviews.
- Create sections of client deliverables under general guidance from experienced project leaders.
- Communicate findings and anticipate potential issues promptly to project leaders.
- Present small sections of the deliverable to the client.
- Support and act as the point of reference for Analysts in their daily activities and training.
- Fully support the development of project proposals for clients upon needs.
- Participate in corporate development by contributing to recruiting, knowledge management, technology systems, and related functions.
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Business Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Life Sciences related programs.
- 2+ years of professional experience in management consulting, life sciences/healthcare industry, or private equity.
- Availability for occasional international travel (EU).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to problem-solve challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, time management, and organization skills.
- Adaptability and an ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work with teams based in different countries.
