At Handly, we're on a mission to empower entrepreneurs to launch, manage, and grow their own home service businesses. As an Intermediate Software Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve this goal.

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled software engineer to join our team in Barcelona. As an Intermediate Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing software solutions. Your expertise will help us build a robust and scalable platform that supports our business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software solutions using a variety of programming languages and frameworks.
  • Test, maintain, and launch software products to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our software development processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in software development.
  • At least 2 years of experience with software development in multiple programming languages and data structures/algorithms.
  • 1 year of experience testing, maintaining, and launching software products.
  • Experience in mobile application development.
  • Fluent English.
  • Located in Barcelona, Spain.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Experience coding in C#, Dart, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with frameworks like Flutter, Angular, and.NET.
  • Experience working with Terraform and AWS.
  • Experience with configuring CI/CD.
  • An interest in full-stack development.
