Senior Software Engineer - Java/Cloud/SAAS

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Industrial And Financial Systems (IFS). As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our cutting-edge AI-driven solutions.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will focus on crafting high-quality, production-level code that meets our strict coding standards and best practices. You will engage in collaborative efforts to define and document requirements, ensuring clarity and accuracy. You will also own sprint refinement and planning sessions, guiding development strategies and promoting an efficient software development life cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software solutions that meet organizational standards and promote effective information exchange.
  • Lead in identifying and analyzing the root causes of issues during testing phases and incident management.
  • Develop and maintain models for data, software, and network architecture that meet organizational standards.
  • Actively participate in code reviews to elevate code quality and maintain consistency across projects.
