Distribution Operations Coordinator

BeiGene is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Distribution Operations Coordinator to join our team in Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of distribution operations in compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and GDP requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Order to Cash operations, including customer orders, deliveries, pricing, tenders, invoicing, and dunning.
  • Manage Customer Master Data through its whole lifecycle, including data creation, validation, maintenance, revalidation, and deactivation.
  • Act as the main contact for 3PLs and BeiGene stakeholders on all distribution-related activities.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree and/or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years of work experience in a pharmaceutical/medical device industry in distribution or customer service.
  • Experience in a small but fast-growing, entrepreneurial commercial environment.
  • English is a must, any other major European language a plus.
  • SAP SD/MM experience.
  • GDP Knowledge.
  • Veeva Knowledge is a plus.
  • Tenders and EDI knowledge is a plus.
  • Understands basics of temperature-controlled shipments (ambient and cold chain).
  • Ability to prioritize and focus on detail.
  • Proactive attitude with sense of initiative.
  • Solution-oriented and customer-focused.
  • Track record of making things happen.
