Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an SAP HCM Support Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of SAP HCM systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues

Requirements:
  • University degree in IT or Computer Science
  • Experience in 1st/2nd/3rd level IT support or IT programming
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Languages:
  • German (Intermediate level minimum)
  • English (Intermediate level minimum)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM systems
  • Experience with ITIL
