Quality Control Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls International. This role is responsible for upholding quality control procedures in warehouse operations, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform timely quality inspections on all reject/return products
• Grade products through testing and initiate rework by suppliers or return to suppliers with supporting documents
• Ensure that Quality Hold products are not delivered to Customers
• Maintain Quality Center equipment and perform scheduled maintenance tasks

Requirements
• University degree in refrigeration and/or air conditioning
• Min 1-3 years of relevant working experience implementing Quality Control works in refrigeration and/or air conditioning
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is preferred
• Comfortable working in a matrix organization
• High level of English and good communication skills
