We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our games by performing qualitative tests and delivering feedback to the development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform qualitative tests on specific game features to match our quality standards.
- Deliver feedback and reports to the development team on a regular basis.
- Isolate and reproduce bugs to assess gravity and probability based on our standards.
- Contribute to the TestPlan creation based on FSO and design documentation.
- Manage tools to set up configs for testing purposes.
- Communicate directly with development teams and other development test teams.
- Create and maintain documentation on processes and tests to share with other teams worldwide.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of QC experience, preferably on AAA Console/PC games.
- Experience with Jira or other issue tracking tools and Atlassian suite.
- Analytical skills, proactive, results-oriented personality.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork oriented and experienced.
- Good knowledge of English both spoken and written.
- Time management and ability to manage priorities.
- Ability to learn fast and a high degree of creativity and initiative.
