Technical Artist Manager

Scopely is seeking a seasoned Technical Artist Manager to lead our Monopoly GO team in Seville on a hybrid basis. As a global team of game lovers, we develop, publish, and innovate the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people worldwide daily. The Monopoly GO team is one of our key franchises and has become one of Scopely's largest games.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Technical Artists to produce high-quality work
- Advance the team forward individually and structurally
- Resolve complex challenges related to content construction, pipeline management, and leading-edge visuals
- 6+ years of experience in large game studios
- 2+ years of team management experience
- Minimum 2-year 2D/3D art degree or equivalent with excellent critique and vocabulary skills
- Strong technical proficiency in proprietary tools and technology
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with modern 3D software packages (Maya, Substance, zBrush, etc.)
