Technical Artist Manager

Scopely is seeking a highly skilled Technical Artist Manager to join our Monopoly GO team in Seville. As a hybrid team member, you will be responsible for leading a team of Technical Artists to produce high-quality content and advance the team's capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of resolving complex challenges in content construction, pipeline management, and leading-edge visuals. They will be responsible for managing a team of Technical Artists, defining content aspirations, improving production structures, and collaborating with other technical and aesthetic experts.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Technical Artists to produce high-quality content
- Define content aspirations and improve production structures
- Collaborate with other technical and aesthetic experts to drive innovation
- Manage a team of Technical Artists and provide guidance and support
- Identify and execute solutions to pipeline and technology deficiencies
- 6+ years of experience in large game studios
- 2+ years of team management experience
- Minimum 2-year degree in 2D/3D art, architecture, or equivalent
- Strong technical proficiency in proprietary tools and technology
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
