About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Dutch Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Native-level Dutch proficiency (C2) is required.
  • High proficiency in English (C1).
  • Ideally: BA/BS degree or equivalent (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus), or 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising.
What We Offer
  • Salary: 23,876 gross/year, plus up to 3,408 gross/year in bonuses.
  • Hybrid work setup based in Barcelona.
  • Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
  • Referral program: Earn up to 2,000 for referring friends, depending on the language/project.
  • Permanent contract.
  • Relocation package, including a flight ticket and accommodation in a private, fully-equipped studio.
  • Support with private health insurance.
  • 2-3 weeks of comprehensive product training, along with specialized sales training.
