Delivery Teams are hybrid client-facing/consulting-support units that leverage available tools and code bases to deliver impactful insights, helping clients tackle their most pressing business challenges.
GeoAnalytics TeamAs a core member of BCG X, our GeoAnalytics team is a global resource, working with clients in every BCG region and industry area. With expertise in geospatial data, analytics, and technology, we drive practical results for BCG clients by applying leading-edge technologies.
Your RoleAs an Analyst in GeoAnalytics, you will be solving a variety of location-based analytical problems for our clients. You will utilize your knowledge of geospatial data and analytics while using tools such as Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Python, and visualization/analytical platforms (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx).
What You'll Do- Partner with BCG case teams across the full analytics value chain: framing new business challenges and problems, designing and executing innovative analytical solutions, and interpreting findings for clients.
- Work with clients in every BCG region and industry area, leveraging your expertise in geospatial data and analytics to drive business impact.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong knowledge of geospatial data and analytics, including Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and visualization/analytical platforms.
- Proficiency in Python and other relevant programming languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
