Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced affiliate program manager to lead and optimize our affiliate marketing initiatives. This position is crucial for helping our company expand rapidly and ensure alignment between our brand and affiliate partners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates focusing on partnerships that align with our brand values and target audience.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing affiliates providing ongoing support and communication.
• Analyze affiliate performance data and key metrics to optimize campaigns for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing sales and product teams to ensure alignment of affiliate initiatives.
• Conduct regular training for affiliates to enhance their performance and understanding of our services.
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
• Create and manage budgets for affiliate programs.

Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or program management with a proven record of delivering results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing software and tracking tools.
• Self-motivated organized and able to manage multiple projects.

We offer a competitive salary range of up to $1500 USD per month and a flexible work schedule of Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Please submit your resume and intro video in English format.
