Management Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at The Workshop. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, as well as providing financial guidance and support to our management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide financial guidance and support to management team members
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience
  • Experience with working to tight deadlines
  • Proficiency with MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Strong leadership skills as well as being proactive
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment
