About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at The Workshop. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Manage and reconcile bank accounts, including cash flow forecasting and analysis
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Lead and participate in financial planning and budgeting processes
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
