Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer requirements and pain points, and propose tailored software solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements, ensuring timely follow-up on leads, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement, providing regular updates on progress and challenges to senior management.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, including forecasts, performance analysis, and market feedback, to inform strategic decisions.
- Language Proficiency: Native French speaker with a strong command of English (B2 level or higher).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: Prior sales experience, particularly in the software industry, is advantageous but not required.
