Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven French Speaking Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the French-speaking market, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer requirements and pain points, and propose tailored software solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements, ensuring timely follow-up on leads, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement, providing regular updates on progress and challenges to senior management.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, including forecasts, performance analysis, and market feedback, to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
  • Language Proficiency: Native French speaker with a strong command of English (B2 level or higher).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience: Prior sales experience, particularly in the software industry, is advantageous but not required.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and closing abilities, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities, and high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
