Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven French Speaking Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Barcelona. This on-site position offers a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant and culturally rich city, engaging with clients from diverse industries in the French-speaking market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements and pain points, and propose tailored software solutions.
  • Regularly engage with clients through calls, emails, and meetings to build rapport and trust.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, including forecasts, performance analysis, and market feedback.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
  • Language Proficiency: Native French speaker with a strong command of English (B2 level or higher).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience: Prior sales experience, particularly in the software industry, is advantageous but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex software solutions.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and closing abilities, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities, and high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
