**About the Role**

Kroll is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Investigations, Diligence and Compliance practice as an Associate Managing Director, Forensic Investigations and Intelligence Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage delivery of anti-money laundering, counter terrorist financing and financial crime advisory projects for regulated firms and governments.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and manage delivery of projects, including identifying new business opportunities, developing and managing projects throughout their life cycle, and ensuring client satisfaction and budget adherence.
  • Develop and implement global standards, particularly those of the Financial Action Task Force, for national authorities and international institutions.
  • Provide expert analysis of complex situations and data for clients, and contribute to the professional development and evaluation of Financial Investigations team members.
  • Collaborate with the Global Head of AML Advisory to identify and develop new business opportunities and lead delivery of projects.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Substantial experience in the development, implementation, and assessment of global standards, particularly those of the Financial Action Task Force.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
