Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of AML analysts to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive team performance and achieve operational excellence.
- Manage the KYC process, including consumer KYC, screening, and limited Customer Care activities.
- Collaborate with the Fincrime team in Luxembourg and the IT team in Milan to implement and improve KYC controls and processes.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven background as a KYC analyst with a solid understanding of AML regulations and processes.
- AML/AFC qualification from ACAMS, ICA, or a similar industry body.
- Proficiency in both English and Italian.
