Job Summary
We are looking for a talented HR professional to provide broad human resources support to employees and managers across our Southern European region. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing HR administration, preparing employment contracts, and coordinating activities related to employee relocation and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute HR administration tasks, including writing letters, drafting contracts, and providing different lists and overviews.
- Prepare employment contracts, change agreements, and other work-related certificates.
- Coordinate activities related to employee relocation and support the global mobility process.
- Work on technical HR projects, such as pension and insurance administration.
- Support and advise employees and managers on all personnel-related matters.
- Evaluate training needs, coordinate, and document training and development activities.
- Maintain master data in our HR tools and complete reports, statistics, and auditing.
- Administer payroll processes.
- Seek improvement opportunities and new initiatives within the employee lifecycle.
Requirements
- Qualifications in human resources, psychology, law, business, or equivalent experience.
- Training in employment legislation, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and/or preventive labor relations, preferred.
- 3+ years' experience in HR administration, preferably in an international, matrixed environment.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is necessary. Other fluent southern European language(s) will be highly regarded.
- Strong hands-on experience using Workday or another SaaS HRIS.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
