We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Consumer Solutions Specialist to join our BTS M&S Digital Consumer Solutions team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful adoption and implementation of digital consumer solutions in the markets, providing expertise and support on functional usage, operations, and effective execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional expertise on Digital Consumers processes and solutions, ensuring final users' adoption.
- Develop relationships with customers to understand their needs and priorities and deliver timely and quality solutions to users while ensuring they utilize the full potential of the application.
- Be a Partner & Consultant, translating business needs into simple solutions.
- Coordinate and conduct the application testing in close cooperation with quality assurance and technical teams.
- Participate in project teams and design business processes, configuration and configuration coordination from external parties, unit testing, definition and roll-out of standards and templates.
Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science or similar.
- 4 years of working experience with new technology trends, including Cloud SAAS solutions, e-commerce platforms, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft O365 Platform.
- Strong experience in data integration technologies, Business Analysis & Business requirements analysis, solutions design and architecture, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Proven experience with CRM solutions and strong interpersonal & communication skills.
