**Job Summary**

Importante Empresa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Director, Electronics Systems Category Lead. This position will be responsible for leading the Electronics Systems category in Global Procurement, overseeing the spend and supplier network, and developing and driving sourcing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Category Leadership:** Develop and implement a comprehensive category strategy for Electronics Systems, aligning with the company's global procurement vision and strategic roadmap.
  • **Sourcing:** Lead and drive sourcing initiatives to identify and engage with top-tier supplier partners, negotiate contracts, and deliver value improvements.
  • **Supplier Management:** Manage supplier relationships to drive performance, mitigate risks, and leverage supplier-enabled innovation.
  • **Category Strategy Development:** Conduct business needs assessments, market intelligence, and supplier evaluations to inform category sourcing strategies.
  • **Contracting:** Develop and manage contracts to maximize financial and operational performance while minimizing risk.

**Requirements:**

  • BS in Engineering, Operations/Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA/MS preferred.
  • Proven experience in category management, sourcing, and supplier management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
