About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Chemical Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for monitoring and engaging with internal and external stakeholders on emerging chemical regulatory issues for various Koch companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and technical advice to businesses on product safety and regulatory matters;
  • Monitor and analyze the regulatory landscape and emerging trends in the region, communicating potential risks and opportunities for our companies;
  • Identify, engage, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on key initiatives;
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and tools aligning with our values and management philosophy;
  • Lead and manage key projects and initiatives related to chemical regulatory issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, engineering, environmental science, or a related field;
  • Knowledge of European and global product safety regulations and standards;
  • Fluent English language skills (speaking and writing);
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment across multiple time zones;
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and advocacy skills;
  • Proactive, analytical, and problem-solving mindset;
  • Economic and critical thinking skills;
  • Self-starter with strong time/project management skills;
  • Ability to travel, attend events, and trade association meetings (estimated 10% or more).
