The Opportunity

As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in assisting the development and implementation of our global marketing strategy, ensuring growth through a brand construction strategy.

Key Responsibilities



1. Marketing Plan Elaboration




  • \t
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of brand performance in key markets to provide valuable insights for discussion with brand GPMs and MD.
    \t
  • Monitor monthly brand wholesale performance for key markets.
    \t
  • Identify unsatisfied market needs and potential gaps between marketing plans and net revenues objectives.
    \t
  • Contribute to resolving marketing plan key decisions by gathering specific market analysis or feedback on business issues.
    \t
  • Help the brand gather relevant market information to inform marketing decisions.
    \


2. Communication and Coordination




  • \t
  • Communicate marketing plans and launch updates to markets.
    \t
  • Ensure OMD alignment and knowledge exchange by providing relevant brand information.
    \t
  • Regularly align with marketing directors in key markets to share relevant brand and market information.
    \t
  • Proactively contact marketing directors to share relevant brand and market information.
    \


3. Operations-Oriented Activities




  • \t
  • Participate in S&OP meetings to address any issues with markets.
    \t
  • Collaborate with the supply team to ensure market needs are covered in launch calendars.
    \t
  • Maintain product line catalogues by market and exceptions.
    \


4. Insights and Best Practices




  • \t
  • Produce launch brand feedback reports by consolidating individual reports.
    \t
  • Cross-region fertilization of best practices and special requests amongst key markets and regions.
    \t
  • Aware of specific needs per region, including retailer profiles and legal restrictions.
    \


We're Looking for



Experience: 1 year of experience in a similar operational marketing position, preferably in the perfumes industry, luxury, or cosmetics universe.



Education: Master's degree in marketing, ideally in luxury management.



Languages: Spanish and English.
