Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our Queer Destinations Europe team in Spain. As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating new business through outbound calls, emails, and other sales techniques. Your primary goal will be to establish and maintain relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact potential and existing clients through cold calls and emails to present our company and its services.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction and build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and set up meetings or calls between clients and Account Executives.
  • Report to the Success Manager on sales results and stay up-to-date with new products, services, and pricing/payment plans.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas and experience with CRM software.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Hubspot and MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
