Job Overview

As a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist, you will be responsible for sharing your knowledge with our customers, acting as a business partner, and helping them improve their IT solutions and processes. Your focus will be on the successful implementation of the Unit4 Financial Planning & Analysis Software in customer projects.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and execute workshops to train users and discuss planning and controlling processes with the customer.
  • Translate the results into a software-based solution, working in teams to solve everyday and extraordinary challenges.
  • Develop a solid understanding of financial planning business processes to meet our customers' business requirements.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging your knowledge of data, databases, and SQL.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, using strong business analysis skills and business acumen to drive results.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A solid understanding of financial planning business processes.
  • Strong business analysis skills and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with German being a great asset.
  • Knowledge of data, databases, and SQL.
  • Experience in implementing Business Software solutions, preferably in Services, Higher Education, Not for Profit, or Public sector.
