Key Responsibilities:
  • Share your knowledge with customers to drive successful implementation of Unit4 Financial Planning & Analysis Software
  • Act as a business partner to discuss planning and controlling processes with customers and translate results into software-based solutions
  • Prepare and execute workshops, train users, and lead cross-functional teams to solve everyday and extraordinary challenges
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
What You'll Need:
  • Strong understanding of financial planning business processes and experience with Business Software solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and improvement
