About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Omega CRM. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial health and stability of our company.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess the company's performance and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders, including management and external auditors.
  3. Financial Planning: Support the development of financial plans and budgets to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
  4. Financial Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations, and maintain accurate records.
  6. Project Management: Oversee the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: 4 years of experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar role.
  2. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of IFRS and Spanish General Accounting Plan.
  3. Skills: Advanced Excel skills, analytical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  5. Language: High level of English proficiency.
