About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Account Executive Team as an Account Management Associate.
As an Account Management Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the European-based Client Managers in all aspects of account maintenance, ensuring maximum effectiveness of internal administrative processes and communication to guarantee optimum service to the client.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Pro-actively manage and negotiate renewal for our book rated portfolio by executing annual renewal strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients, by pro-actively engaging in regular communication by email or telephone.
- Take the lead in day-to-day enquiries for assigned portfolio working with internal stakeholders to resolve in agreed timelines.
- Gather and analyse claims data.
- Database Management, ensuring all relevant details are recorded accurately.
- Facilitate the renewal process in conjunction with the Client Management team.
- Participate in client visits to the European Service Centre and occasionally accompany the Client Managers to Client Meetings.
