We are a Barcelona-based venture studio with a presence across Southern Europe and LatAm, partnering up and investing in the best co-founders to build global companies willing to disrupt multi-billion dollar industries.

About the Role

As a Co-Founder at Antai Ventures, you will be responsible for designing commercial, product, and growth strategies, building, leading, and motivating a strong team, overseeing all operations and business activities, and analyzing problematic situations to provide solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and success
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve company goals
  • Oversee all aspects of business operations, including finance, product, and technology
  • Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
Requirements
  • Proven track record of taking ideas from 0 to 1 and driving growth
  • 5+ years of experience in the tech/startup industry, with a management position
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills in English and Spanish
  • Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset, with the ability to find solutions to complex problems
