Join Aenova Holding as a Key Player in Operational Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive our Italian sites' productivity increase through a detailed plan, with mid and long-term actions aimed at streamlining processes and eliminating waste.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive cost reduction and profitability increase through process optimization and Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Rationalize production capacity and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
  • Enhance quality and safety standards, and improve customer service.
  • Develop and implement efficiency programs aligned with corporate goals.
  • Establish performance targets and leading KPIs, and monitor progress.
About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization's operational excellence. As a key player, you will work closely with site leadership to design and implement transformation initiatives, and ensure successful execution of large-scale improvement projects.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in industrial engineering or a scientific discipline.
  • Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma.
  • Extensive experience in process optimization, operations leadership, and Lean Manufacturing.
  • Pharmaceutical sector experience highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, project management, and change management skills.
