We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented trainee to join our Portfolio Administration team in Girona, Spain.

About the Role

The successful candidate will assist with various administrative and operational tasks using our proprietary platform, gaining hands-on experience and practical knowledge in portfolio management processes. Under the guidance of experienced associates and managers, you will develop your skills while contributing to the team's dedication to delivering high-quality and efficient solutions.

  • Assist with the accurate recording of portfolio events and documentation in accordance with internal guidelines and our standards.
  • E nsure data quality by reviewing and validating information within the platform.
  • Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth committee operations.
  • Learn to upload and validate data points in the platform and collaborate with the Client Success Management (CSM) team to ensure timely processing of payments.
  • Support the use of tools such as the Canoe platform for automating the collection and processing of Capital Call notices, Distribution notices, and financial reports.
  • Assist in managing access credentials for target fund web portals.
  • Provide administrative support in managing events related to VC-type assets, such as data completeness checks and transaction processing.
Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for candidates who are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent. Experience in regulated functions is valued and preferred. Strong communication in English, both written and spoken, is essential, with any other language being an asset.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and a rigorous approach to tasks, ensuring accuracy and precision in all responsibilities. You should also be able to effectively prioritise workload, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and take a hands-on approach to problem-solving in a dynamic work environment.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of €25,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
